Had an issue where what i ordered wasnt in stock and just a few hours after ordering (3-4hrs) got an email letting me know and says i could pick a different item worth up to $20 than what i payed. i asked if i could have this waterpipe instead ($30 more than what i payed) and they said yes and it arrived two days later.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, will definitely order from here again.
As for the Waterpipe it's really good, cools the smoke alot with the 3 percs, i'd imagine it would get dirty rather fast without an ash catcher which is why i got one (you can see it in the photo) also easy to fill up, took me a while to figure it out but once i did it was a breeze. Great waterpipe highly recommend.
Great service and a dynamic selection for your every taste. Prompt delivery and would happily recommend to anyone seeks quality glassware at affordable prices.
The item has a premium finish to it and also delivers a very smooth smoke. My 1st purchase from Greenhut and very happy with it. The item had been damaged during shipment but Greenhut arranged a replacement and sorted it all out. Highly recommended and will buy from them again.
