Warranty & Refund Policy
Vaporizers, Scales, and Lighters
All vaporizers come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only. This also applies to digital scales and rechargeable lighters, unless otherwise stated.

Any additional manufacturer warranty may apply—please refer to the product manual or the manufacturer’s website.

Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase.

Issues caused by misuse, damage, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

A photo or video may be required to assess the fault.

Return shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
Glass Products (e.g. Waterpipes, Bubblers, Glass Pipes)
We do not offer warranty on glass products once they have been received and used.

If your glass item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Damage reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Smoking Pipes
Smoking pipes are considered consumable items and are not covered under warranty, unless damaged during shipping.

If damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once used, these items are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Grinders
Grinders are sold for tobacco use only (unless otherwise specified).

No warranty applies if used with other materials or misused.

Damage from improper use or wear and tear is not covered.
Other Consumables
This includes rolling papers, blunt wraps, hemp wraps, cones, filters, and tips.

These products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt if there is an issue.
Returns – General Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 24 hours of delivery, provided:

The item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and instructions.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Due to factors outside our control (e.g. colour variations caused by your monitor/device), the actual product design or colour may differ slightly from website images. We do not accept responsibility for products that do not meet personal expectations based on appearance.

If you notify us within 24 hours of delivery that you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will issue a refund of the product price (excluding shipping) once the item is returned.

Refunds will only be provided if the item is returned at your cost, with all original packaging and instruction materials, and is new, undamaged, and in saleable condition.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility.
