Shipping policy

  • We only deliver to physical addresses in New Zealand.
  • The delivery method for the Goods can be selected from the shipping options set out on the website and paid for at the time of ordering the Goods. If you choose to have the Goods delivered by courier, the courier shall be deemed to be your agent.
  • Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Goods to the address nominated by you.
  • If we indicate a delivery date, we will use our reasonable endeavours to try and deliver the Goods to you by that date, but we will not be responsible to you in any way for delivery, delays or non-delivery.
  • We will not be liable for any damage incurred to the Goods during delivery, but we are happy to try to resolve any issues withthe courier for Goods damaged during delivery. Please contact us atsupport@greenhut.co.nz.
  • Our failure to deliver shall not entitle either party to treat this contract or any part thereof as void.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 pm NZDT will be dispatched via CourierPost on the same day depending on stock availability. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed and dispatched via CourierPost on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched via CourierPost to be delivered on the following Monday.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched via CourierPost to be delivered on the following Tuesday.
  • Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched via CourierPost on the next business day.
  • We use CourierPost Overnight Delivery Service for all orders. We will try our best to despatch your orders within 10 business days after the day your order is received by us and you have received confirmation of your order from us via email or equivalent.
  • In the event that we fail to deliver any products, you may elect to cancel your order in respect only of the products not delivered unless we have contacted you and you have agreed to delivery at a later date.
  • Where we fail to deliver or delay delivery of your order or part of your order or where any loss is incurred by you in relation to such delivery and it is within our control, our liability shall be restricted to replacing the order or part of the order, as we may determine (in our sole discretion).
  • Advice regarding a shortage to your order or damage in transit must be given to our customer service team no later than three days after receipt of products.
  • Nothing in these terms entitles you to return the products as being surplus to your needs, or for any other reason other than set out herein.
  • Shipping prices for glass products are slightly higher as they require special protective packaging, as follows:
    • North Island – from $10 for Overnight Shipping*
    • North Island (Rural) – from $15
    • South Island – from $15
    • South Island (Rural) – from $20
  • All Other Products, prices are as follows:
    • North Island – from $7 for Overnight Shipping*
    • North Island (Rural) – from $10
    • South Island – from $7
    • South Island (Rural) – from $10
  • * Please note that overnight shipping is targeted and not guaranteed – please allow 1-2 working days for overnight delivery.
