Frequently asked questions
What materials do you stock? Across 185 pipes: 44 glass, 40 metal, 8 wooden and 3 silicone. Glass shows what is happening inside and is easiest to clean, metal survives pockets, wood holds heat gently, silicone is effectively unbreakable.
Glass or metal for a first pipe? Metal, if it will live in a bag or pocket - it will not shatter. Glass, if it stays at home and you want easier cleaning and a clearer taste. Both start under twenty dollars here.
Do these need screens? Metal and wooden pipes generally do, to stop material pulling through. Many glass pipes have a built-in restriction and do not. Screens are inexpensive and sold in our accessories range.
How do I clean a pipe? Soak in isopropyl alcohol, then work the bore with a pipe cleaner or brush. Metal and glass tolerate a long soak. Keep wooden pipes out of long soaks - wipe the bowl and run a dry cleaner through the stem instead.
