Frit Spinner Carb Rotating Cap

A spinner carb cap: a mushroom-shaped glass cap with a clear base ring cut with angled air slots. Air drawn through those slots enters off-centre, which sets it turning inside the banger instead of moving straight through — that is the whole function, and it is why spinner caps are typically paired with a terp pearl.
